"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

They came, assessed the situation, had all the parts they needed. Went and got me a replacement water heater and installed it. They cleaned up the water and were very polite and thorough. I will call them again if I need a plumber. Actually, I showed them some other work I needed to have done and asked when they would be available.
