"I do not live locally, but owned a home in the area that was for sale. There was evidence of an old roof leak that had been repaired on the ceiling in one of the rooms. I needed the work completed quickly since the home had just been put on the market. Jason retuned my call promptly and said he could do the job for me within a few days. I called him on Sunday and he performed the job on Wednesday. He had to use two coats of paint but did not charge more than the original estimate. I paid him via an online app. Which was very convenient for both of us. The home sold in a week. Jason was veryprofessional, polite, and expedient. I highly recommend CMS Home Services to any one in the Lansing area!"

"Great work, fence was done as discussed and was completed in one day!"

"TREVOR AND JUSTIN WERE GREAT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. MOVED FURNITURE, USED DROP CLOTHES and MOVED EVERYTHING BACK WHERE IT WAS. The only problem I had was that they were difficult to get in touch with. But I persevered and was able to make an appointment for their services. They are also schedule to come back at the end of the month to stain my new fence."

"They got my privacy fence done fast! Great job. Very good experience with owner and crew."

"We had Wicked Construction replace and rebuild our wood privacy fence and they did a fantastic job! They were professional and also personable. They quoted our job on a Tuesday and started the following Monday, finishing up the same day. Our fence looks beautiful and we are so happy with their work. 10/10, we absolutely recommend working with them!"

"Can't say enough positive about how this job went or about Darius. The fence looks perfect, he was kind, efficient, and informative with any and every option he thought I may have an opinion on. I would not hesitate to work with case constructs in the future and strongly recommend case constructs to any one looking for a job to be done right."

"The install went well. Most of the work was done in two days. My roof is a bit over 2000 square feet. The materials used seem to be of high quality. The crew put a lot of effort into cleanup after the job was done. Neighbors have been very complimentary of the new look."

"Not only did Dave complete the job with quality work and attention to detail- but he befriended my dog and even brought some treats to share. Super nice guy who does very professional work. Will hire again!"
