It takes months to schedule, followed by weeks of equipment failures and rescheduling. You'll also be cleaning up stains and messes left behind, reminding them of what has and hasn?t been done yet, as well as essential contracted items and processes that were skipped throughout. You can call and discuss the issues with the crew and management, but only if you can actually wade through all their random phone numbers and find someone willing to answer or return your calls. Also, builder didn’t use full dimensional lumber, but used ijoists without fire protection. Carried plastic gas line through the crawl space wall. Used 5x5 wooden piers to hold up my home instead of building block piers. Had to install jack posts to cover for this."
