"Initial contact was very upbeat; salesman Joe Bowser was positive that the gutter guard would be of benefit. He measured and inspected the site, assured me that the price included recalibration of the gutters and said that installation personnel would be in touch. Mr. Bowser was business-like and wore a jacket with name tag so I was nonplussed when (after proper phone notification) the installation personnel turned out to be a young man in nondescript clothes in an unmarked car. He was pleasant and worked efficiently, finishing in less than three hours. <br /> Over the next few weeks rain continued to plane over the gutters as if nothing had changed. I got in touch with LeafFilter and a principal immediately contacted me and came over. His visit, however, was only to explain that LeafFilter couldn't help in my situation; he took a photo of the second floor which he said he would forward me to show to roofing contractors, but never sent it. <br /> LeafFilter is probably an excellent product, but it is not a panacea. "My house has two large trees overhanging the roof of the house. The trees include a tulip popular and a locust. These trees drop something different each month of the summer.
