We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the yard since then. We had a pool added on to the paver deck since then and when we reopened the pool this year we noticed that the pavers had sunken in a bit in the middle. I waited all summer to call Sal about it because I was afraid of the hassle I was sure it would be to get it fixed. I emailed Sal this week and he called me within 24 hours. He came that day to look at it and within another 24 hours, he and his crew had repaved the whole deck. No questions and no charge. He also replaced two stones that we had damaged, as a courtesy. It saved us money and saved them time. King Pavers pricing was extremely competitive. We had 4 quotes. They were also very efficient. Julio said 2 days and they were done in 2.5 days only because it rained and they had to stop. Julio team was very professional. They had a supervisor on site (Edison) who was great to deal with. My wife made a request to find covers for the window wells which were not part of the original scope we discussed.
