They took away my old machine, brought the new machine, hooked everything up, and showed me the differences between my old machine and my new machine. Danny came when he said he would, looked at my dishwasher and said that the piece of rubber coming off was just noise canceling and took it off for me. He checked the dishwasher to make sure it ran okay before he left. Best part was that he said because it was so minor, that he would not charge me!
