"Kadre came on time to provide me with an estimate for replacing a skylight. The estimate was very thorough. He showed me pictures and videos of what he saw while on my roof and took the time to explain everything from why the skylight was leaking, the steps he would take to complete the job as well as the materials he would be using. The quote he gave me was very reasonable. Also while he was on the roof he recommended fixing two gutters ( which I already new I had to get fixed) and was able to give me an honest price on those as well. When it came time to do the repair, he came four days after the estimate (on a Sunday because it worked best for me) and again was right on time. The whole job of replacing the skylight and fixing the gutters only took a few hours. They cleaned up any debris and again reviewed the job he did with pictures and video from the roof ( which is a big help since I don’t like going on the roof). Before leaving I was made aware that he also does siding. He gave me an on the spot estimate to do that job as well and I am already sure that I will be using him for that in the spring. I only write reviews when I have an absolutely terrible experience to warn others or in this case when the company is extraordinary and goes above and beyond. I can without hesitation recommend this company"

"Working with Pinnacle Roofing 786 was a pleasure. The owner is very responsive, pays attention to all details and aspects of the job process, and communicative. The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. Contacted Pinnacle Roofing to come by and check something months after the job was complete, and had someone at my door a couple of days later. Would not hesitate to recommend or work with Pinnacle Roofing again."

"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"This was a large job which required removal of the old roof - multiple layers of asphalt shingle and cedar shake down to rafters. The house is a large old Victorian with multiple angles and outcroppings, and very steep. There was also a one car garage. As promised, Royal arrived on day 1 - a Monday in 12 degree weather - with 3 dump trucks, several other trucks with men and equipment and over 30 workers. They swarmed over the house and by 10 AM the roof was stripped to the rafters and by the end of the day new plywood, underlayment and shingles had been installed on more than 3/4 of the roof. All work was completed in 4 days. Every night the property was thoroughly cleaned up. Progress was provided during the entire job by sending photos taken with a drone - terrific! Overall we were impressed and pleased with the work and the fact that it truly took 4 days. We had seen other jobs in the neighborhood take 3 weeks or more to complete. You pay for this kind of service - it is not cheap - but it is totally worth it. In addition, all of the workers and the project managers are very professional and attentive to your needs. I'll never have to use them again for this job, but I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you need a roof, gutters etc."

They were open to reasonable negotiating for cost without sacrificing quality, scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. Although with roof repair, time is the evaluator of the finished product, rain water is the ultimate judge so with â someâ rain already fallen, things seem to be DRY inside and thatâ s GOOD. What is the real cost for specialized work? It seems like the market place is where this is answered, everything but the quality is negotiable."

Ed answered all the questions patiently, sent all the documents I asked, accommodated all my needs and completed the job timely. I care about if they are licensed and insured. He send me documents for confirmation, very professionally. I have no issues at all with him throughout the process from estimate to job done. The job I hired him for was roof repair. I called through home advisor for an estimate. The cost for the job is very reasonable, no trick no hiding fees. The job is done nicely. The shingles match the color. It was just complete, so I don't know if the leak problem is solved or not yet, but I am confident about the job as they have warranty on the job. I might come back for more comments to confirm the efficiency of their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
