"This was my second transaction with Heffron's. After Gary gave me (4) options and estimates, I selected the one that I felt fit my budget and provided relief from water entering my cellar. Gary stopped out twice to confer with me on what I wanted. His crew did an excellent job and completed it in one day. I was impressed with the minor details that they paid attention to (laid a tarp down in the driveway to place the stone so the driveway wasn't damaged and also cut the sod before digging and replaced it so seed and straw weren't required. You can barely notice where they laid the drain pipe. Although a little pricey, Heffron's work is first class and they are very customer focused. "When I first called them (about 11:30 am) they asked questions and provided a list of possible causes and recommendations if I felt comfortable enough to solve the problem myself.  Their tone was one of interest, not indifference.  We set up an appointment two days out to give me time to try a couple of their suggestions .  at 2:30 that same day they called and said that someone was available and could be here in 20 minutes.  I said come on down.  Their rep was wonderful. He listened to what I had previously done to troubleshoot the issue and then picked it up from that point on.  He didn't go back and retrace my work - thus saving time and effort.  He didn't criticize any previous electricians work.  After isolating the source of the problem he let me decide on the solution.  There was an extra line which the previous owners had left and so he used that to remove the problem section of wiring and within two hours start to finish he was done.  He also noted a couple small "housekeeping matters" (e.g., cracks in conduits) that he sealed up in the process.  In a word EXCELLENT. <br />"
