Dutch's Mold Inspections LLC
Rick Nesselhauf, founder of Dutch's Mold Inspections and Dutch's Home Inspections, has been in the Cleveland-area building industry since the late 1960s and has been performing home and property inspections since the late 1970s. Rick passed the National Home Inspectors Test and takes over 30 hours of continuing education classes each year to stay up to date with new technology and protocols in the mold and indoor air industry. He has earned 8 certifications in Indoor Air, Mold, Allergens, and Remediation, achieving the designation of Master Indoor Environmental Specialist. Rick is also a HUD-approved contractor for mold remediation and mold inspections. In addition to mold remediation, Dutch’s has an excellent track record working with hoarders and their families, as well as cleaning and sanitizing distressed homes. We do not sell any products or “snake oil” remedies. Although capable, we only perform restoration work on a very limited basis, and we are always happy to refer trusted contractors to meet your remodeling needs. For the past nine years, I, Mark Zimerla, have worked alongside Rick, bringing my background in residential and commercial renovations and builds to the company. My experience in construction since 1997—including running my own home remodeling business for over a decade—has allowed me to expand our services and maintain the high standards Rick established. I am now taking over the business to continue his legacy, values, and dedication to quality service. Rick will remain on as our lead tester and lead consultant, ensuring his decades of expertise continue to benefit our customers. Please give us a call today for a no-hassle estimate and consultation at 440-748-4660.
"Went very well and would definitely recommend this company. Thorough, explained every aspect of the job and how to prevent future problems. Project manager on site, all employees pleasant, worked as a team, contained the problem and were readily available for questions, concerns. Work was done on schedule and communication was excellent. I can’t say enough about how great they were. It was a big job and they did what they said they’d do and did it very well. No mess to clean up"
