"I am very pleased to provide this reference for Exterior Team Home Services Inc., Ronaldo and his crew truly work as a team they were fast, sufficient, and the communication with Ronaldo was excellent, we knew exactly what he was going to do and when he was going to do it. The roof that we had replaced was over 25+ years old and on a home that was built in 1920, so this was a very hard job and we wanted to make sure we hired the correct company for the job. We have no regrets in our decision of hiring this company, they replaced the roof, almost all the old rafters as well and all the wood panels, they were old and in really bad shape. We also hired them to build a pavilion on the front of the home and it looks amazing. The project in total took 3 days (with a rain delay in-between) and they moved fast, and most importantly they cleaned everything into large dumpsters and made sure the area around the house with all the materials and debris that were taken off the house was 100 removed and hulled away. I would highly recommend using them should you be considering a new roof, also the pricing was very competitive, and we received about 15 quotes. We liked his services so much we also hired him to redo our bathroom, and some additional projects we have planned for the house."

"We just had a roof done by home genius exteriors. We started with Justine at our door setting up an appointment for someone to tell us about the process. The next day Dan came and explained how the company works. He even crawled around our attic to show us the damage. Within 2 days our roof was in the process of being installed. Zach the project manager stopped by 3 times during that day to see how the work was being done. What a professional company. Everyone that we spoke to or met was very professional and friendly,. "Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on our extensive interior and exterior renovation, which included a new addition. The project covered everything from a new structural roof with shingles and skylights to new construction windows and doors, siding, a Trex deck, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. They also refinished a bedroom and installed beautiful hardwood floors. As with any large project, a few unexpected challenges came up, but Jose handled them with professionalism and kept everything moving forward smoothly. His craftsmanship is excellent, and he’s not only easy to work with but also patient and highly skilled at problem-solving. "Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."
