He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. In the end, I was pleased by the repairs. He is also a kind and courteous person. He went above and beyond by blowing leaves out of my garage and deck. He was also friendly to my family and frequently waved at my young child while working on his ladder. I will be using Luan in the future and I am happy to recommend him."

"I was impressed with Edward O’Brien’s easy-going, professional manner. He did not make me feel hurried. His partner was agreeable too. They were both strong and worked together quickly. Edward responded right away and came over to survey the job. I had 4 dog kennels approximately 6x8, divided and surrounded with 6’ high chain-link fence. Each kennel had a heavy, homemade, flat roofed dog house. I like the way Edward negotiated 3 different prices; $200 to $750. He left with a handshake and a business card. Edward came back the very next day and did the job. After calling 3 different companies, I chose O’Brian’s because I liked him, his fair mid-lined price and his business practice the best. I will be referring him to family and friends and will probably call on his services again."

The next day Dan came and explained how the company works. He even crawled around our attic to show us the damage. Within 2 days our roof was in the process of being installed. Zach the project manager stopped by 3 times during that day to see how the work was being done. What a professional company. Everyone that we spoke to or met was very professional and friendly,.
