"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Albert & Johnny replaced siding on my house From the time they came to give me an estimate to the time the job was complete was only 2 days. They explained the process of how they were going to do the repair, was able to match the new siding to the existing siding and they did an amazing job! "Was not impressed 1st day of job they showed up and and began covering my fascia instead of removing and replacing with new wood as agree , I stopped them after correcting them they began work again , didnt replace my soffit as I had agree with the gentleman that gave me the estimate ( not mentioning name) he forgot to put in the contract. Note the reason they were the winning bidders was because he told me and my wife they were also replacing the soffit. I had a previous estimate from another contractor for about $1900 dollars less of what I paid H Genious the other contractor was not changing the soffit either. But the other contractor had previously done work for us and we were satisfied with them. I blame myself too for not picking up that he had omitted the soffit but at the beginning of the work I brought it up and they never agreed to fix the mistake. I was told the salesman was in a conference and will call me later, job was finished without my soffit being replaced and salesman never called me back , I guess he didnt want to phase the issue. The work they did I was about 95% satisfied and workers that performed it were very respectful and if I brought up a concern the project manager will listen to me and made sure I was satisfied (thanks James)."

They scheduled an inspection within a couple of days, showed us photos of the problem areas, and explained the repairs in a way that was easy to understand. We appreciated that they focused on fixing the actual issues instead of immediately recommending a complete roof replacement. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was respectful of our property throughout the project. They repaired damaged flashing, replaced several worn shingles, and sealed a few vulnerable areas around the chimney. Everything was cleaned up before they left, including nails and debris around the driveway. Since the repairs were completed, we've had multiple storms without a single leak. "The old roof had 2 layers which was torn off and replaced with GAF shingles. Ice and water shields were installed where needed and copper flashing was placed around the chimney. Deck Armor was used as the underlayment and a ridge vent was also installed. My roof was 1850 sq. feet in area. The crew was efficient and the job took 2 days to complete as I also had a "plastic" roof over my deck replaced which was a separate job from the main roofing job and not part of the $8410 price. The original contract allowed for 5 free plywood sheets to be installed if needed. Unfortunately I needed 36 sheets to be replaced. Each additional sheet cost $60 which changed the cost of the job significantly. When I complained to Rich (the owner) he took off $200 which effectively lowered the cost of each sheet to $53. At Home Depot each sheet costs about $19.45 if not bought in bulk. Of course the labor needed to install the sheet drives up that price dramatically. My personal opinion was the price per sheet still should have been under $50 but on the other hand Rich did not have to lower the price at all. In the end it was a fair compromise. My only real complaint was they neglected to clean the gutters. When I inspected the job after a rain I found over 3 dozen nails, wood splinters, and roof fragments in the gutters. Overall the job was done well but the real test will be if the water and ice shields will stop a leak in my kitchen window area when it snows and the durability of the roof itself. Finally when submitting a review you must answer yes or no to whether you would hire a company again. In this case my answer is really maybe depending on whether the estimate of the project is more competitive."
