"At first, I was very disappointed with the result. The boards were crooked, the fence was not plumb, and the concrete that was placed in the holes to support the posts was a total mess. We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!
