As a matter of fact, Lauren did come out here this past week to evaluate the needed work of removing part of a dead tree on the outside of my property that had broken off and fell on my gate, smashing it in two pieces. My 12 year old queen palms are too big for me to trim any longer so I contacted Ivan 3 mos ago and he came out and did a complete makeover on my palms and bushes and we set up for a quarterly trim/cut!  He spent the entire day the first time really taking his time to make all my palms look amazing.  They aren't just trees in my yard, they are part of a beautiful background for my pool/backyard oasis.  He was on time and very professional.  He gave me a quote in writing and stuck to it.  The only thing that would make me happier is if they would hire someone who can climb the palms so I don't have to use someone else eventually.  :o(
