The bottom of the gate had a big gap and the side of the gate to the house have a big gap.the gap at the bottom of the gate was too wide. I know a cat couldn?t go under it but it was too wide so I asked the tech to close it a little. He didn?t like that I asked him to close the gap but I want to feel comfortable with the look of my gate. He reminded me that closing the bottom gap could void the warranty if stones get under it. A strip of wood on the gate post, to close the gap would have been nice especially that it wouldn?t interfere with the structure or warranty but would just give me a little more privacy."
