"Tony at Carpet Elite did an excellent job stretching the carpet in our Master Bedroom and repairing a small hole that was caused by our dog. Tony was highly communicative and showed up when promised and completed the work as quoted. If you have damage to your carpet caused by a furry family friend Carpet Elite is the place to call."

"I have done a lot of home renovation projects in the past, and I wish ALL contractors were like Mike. From start to finish of this ENORMOUS project, Mike was amazing to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he responded promptly to emails and texts, and he remembered all of the little details that we discussed along the way. His estimate was accurate and included all of the components that we talked about, and then we made some adjustments to the original estimate, which were also perfectly captured. And on top of all that, his quote/estimate was one of the most reasonable ones that we received (and we got 6 quotes). He was so knowledgeable with the information and advice that he provided, and I had complete trust that he would do a superb job. We had to move out of the house while the work was ongoing. He kept in touch the entire time, providing updates regularly. I never doubted that things were going well and according to plan. He had a team of two additional guys and they were also very pleasant and very hard working. And the work that was done was unbelievable quality. It looks so beautiful - a complete transformation of the home! In addition to the flooring, we paid Mike to install new 6 inch baseboards, which was a great addition. I would recommend Mike and Universal Flooring to anyone who is considering new hardwood floors or any flooring work for that matter. We will certainly use him again in the future if ever needed. THANK YOU MIKE!!!"

"John and his team are fantastic and we highly recommend. They installed a not to easy stair carpet and cut a runner for our hallway. They are quick, friendly, thorough, and price their jobs fairly. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. We will definitely work with them again on future projects."

"It went great Brian is very knowledgeable and very polite he was on time every time we met. He stopped through to check out the space gave me some great information since he was very knowledgeable about the floors and we had a nice extensive conversation about what the best solution was for me. I am very pleased with his work would Highly recommend"

"He came out the same day. The service was amazing. There was a patch cut out of the carpet due to water damage. When he completed the job within an hour it looked brand new. I highly recommend him and his company."

"Very professional and amazing work ! Had carpet installed on my stairs and he matched it perfectly to my house! Super easy to work with will be using again!"

"They were excellent to work with giving us a complete detailed estimate for each of our 3 projects including all of our allowances. Including agreed upon payments schedules for each. They communicated schedules and any adjustment to those schedules, which were all minor. They cleaned at the end of each day of work to keep the dirt down to a minimum. As we did 3 different projects, each with their own contract, if we had not been happy with the first or second we obviously would have not continued to work with them. Friends of ours recommended Superior K&B and we are completely satisfied with their work, including their selected sub-contractors."
