Joe Jr. handled the job with his crew of 10 in one day. They arrived as advertised at 7AM and completed the job by 4:45PM. "Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. "Quick response to repair leak which was great because heavy rains were on the way. Partial roof replacement was very conveniently scheduled around the weather and my and my tenants availability. Work was completed in less than a full day. They cleaned up well. No mess left outside the house or on the porches (3 family house)."

"From the quote through installation, working with Clear Choice was a great experience. Chad, the salesperson, explained our options and gave us a great price. I'm especially concerned with sustainability and wanted not only a product and installation that would last, but Clear Choice also stood out because they recycle the old shingles. Our project manager was Casey. The day before, he discussed ventilation options with us. I originally wanted to replace the box vents with a ridge vent and the end gable vents with eave vents, to maximize the roof space available for future solar panel installation. However, after extensive conversation about the pros and cons and what Mass Save weatherization work (insulation, air sealing, and the ventilation) had been done in the attic, we decided to stick with the existing setup, as there had been no problems with it thus far. During the installation, the crew of 5 plus Casey arrived punctually at 7:30AM, and the crew expertly set up tarps and removed the existing shingles in about 90 minutes. The new shingles were installed, and cleanup was complete by 4PM. The house looks great, but Casey left his card with instructions to call his cell phone anytime if we found debris that had been missed, or for any other questions/concerns. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Clear Choice Home Improvement!"

"- Very prompt, professional service delivered at a great price on our Newton expanded bungalow. - Owner, Brian (in business for 25 yrs) assessed/priced job and, with on-site job supervisor, was available at every stage of job completion. - I requested 4 references which Brian gave me at random but said he doesn't call former customers in advance of such requests so wasn't sure if I'd get call backs. All 4 references DID return my calls and all raved about Roofer's Edge/Siding work and value. - Also, work crew included professional women which I appreciated. - Policy is payment at the end of the job when customer is satisfied. - Will definitely use again for siding and or windows given this roofing experience."

"I called NMTI regarding a leaky roof. They not only answered my call (at least 6 other roofers didnt pick up or return a call), but they came out on two days later to give me a quote. Ramon came to my house and was the consummate professional. He explained the options to me and was very honest with his quote. He basically said the job would only require 1 man for a couple hours of work so it would be their minimum charge. He offered to have someone come out on Monday (2 days later). It was delayed one day because of rain, but the work was completed by 9am on Tuesday. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Juan regarding an entire roof replacement. I know it is necessary, it wasnt something they tried to push on me. Juan came out this morning and measured my roof and provided me with a quick, detailed, and very fairly priced quote.
