He checked the ceilings for stains and went in the attic to inspect the roof decking for signs of water intrusion. he then wen on the roof and checked the shingles, ridge vents, pipe collars, and the skylight. Thankfully, my roof was in good shape with about 10 years of life left and he only did some minor, regular maintenance. I also received a report of the work done and roof's condition.
