"Pretty good considering that the upstairs of our house has endured a cat and a dog for ~10 years. They got just about all of the stains out we had and carpet looked very nice. They also were really good about not damaging any of our furniture or fixtures upstairs. They got out all of the pet stains and they did the job very fast in a few hours. The only stain that they could not totally remove is a magic marker stain from where my daughter tried to trace her foot on a piece of paper over the carpet. This stain did not fully come out though it did fade a great bit. I'm probably being too picky given the extent of this stain and the amount of it. I was just overly optimistic they would get it out. My wife thinks that it will fade even more. My wife thinks they did an excellent job with the stain, so I'm giving them an A. But I did label B for quality and price, due to this stain not coming out. I would hire them again."
