I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"I am a fairly accomplished do it yourself. Siding, window replacement and kitchens however Iâ m advanced in years and I draw the line at roofing. I am very particular as to how things are done, things have to be right or not at all. I found JI Roofing to share in my standards and in some ways they even exceeded them. There were not sel cited based upon price but they did prove to be the best value. They even went the extra mile (as I would) by eliminating a hump in the roof due to the house structure as originally built. Their attention to detail and quality and pride in workmanship were exceptional. At the end of a long day they completely replaced my roof and everything weather related up there and than took extreme care to clean the entire worksite better than they found it. I highly recommend JI Roofing you wonâ t be sorry"

"Highly recommend from Express Way Roofing. They sent a professional team to measure for the replacement of my skylight and explained the complete installation process. When the skylight arrived they prepped the areas inside and outside my home with drop cloths to ensure job cleanliness. After rebuilding the curb the skylight was installed and sealed. Excellent service! And I love my new skylight."

"Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."

"Tony suggested and I agreed to replace instead of repair the roof. I had 3 existing skylights. When Steve came to install the roof he told me he could not replace the skylight flashing without replacing the skylights. I believed him. I asked Tony to send me a statement in writing confirming that the skylight flashing could not be replaced without replacing the skylights as well. After three calls, he provided that letter today."
