"I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"

"Do not use this company. They installed a unit for me six years ago and when it had issues, they came to check it (after missing 3 appointments) and then entirely broke the unit. Tony, the tech, was really helpful. Ashley, the scheduler, was also really helpful. The others were not. I've followed up and have not heard back. I canceled my service package and yet they continue to charge me. DO NOT USE THEM. You will regret it and have more issues after they leave."
