After he clean the gutters and downspouts he realized it wasn t as bad as he thought and was very honest about it. He didn t charge me what he initially thought he would. "The team I had was very much informative. They had a lot to say about my ducts and vents that hadn t been cleaned before my family and I moved in. After they cleaned the ducts and vents, we turned the heat on and noticed a great difference. Only thing is they forgot one of the bedroom and bath and they re returning today to clean it. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend Safe House to anyone who needs their ducts and vents serviced. Thanks!"

"Nice person who left water on hardwood floor and both rugs quite wet. There was a conspicuous brown stain on the front skirt of the couch that was not there before--he thinks mud on the hose caused it. . .???He is supposed to come back and clean it. Pillows are still piled up as it is drying, so can't tell yet about the overall quality of the job. That was 2/9--as of 2/15 he had never contacted me, so I cleaned the skirt of the sofa myself. He told me that the furniture would dry in 6-8 hrs.--after 48 hrs. both were still damp to the touch.
