"We had Emerson Paints paint the exterior of our home. This company is so professional. They got my appointment within two weeks like I had asked. When I had questions or concerns they answered everything in such a friendly, calming and professional manner. The painter was friendly and so kind and worked so hard. Our house looks amazing and brand new. They were careful to tape up all the areas that weren't getting painted and I even saw the painter go around with a brush touching up tiny little spots and he didn't leave until he had it all done. When the job was finished everything was cleaned up and moved back into place. The next day I got a call from the office so they could make sure I was satisfied."

It wasn't like a high end everything perfect, but most people would be very happy with his work. He painted a rental. I offered him a bonus to do a deadline so he finished well within the deadline. "Randy is the best! He came back to make sure the job was done to his liking. Even took a little longer than he expected but that was only because we were in the home and the home was fully furnished so they had to move all furniture and protect it and work around a 2 yo in the process! They were wonderful to have around and were extremely professional. I plan on hiring them to do more work in the future. The house looks so nice now that it is painted I want to upgrade the floors! He even hired a maid to clean up after he was done!"

"Ok. The paint looked great for about a week, however, I began to notice where areas were painted without first fixing issues with the wall and nail heads which were fixed are already pushing back out. Also, the painters lost an unreplaceable dimmer switch knob when removing a face plate."
