"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. The tech stepped in the door and placed covers for his shoes so he did not track in any dirt which was impressive! The tech was very professional and super friendly. Problem was diagnosed and FIXED within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable to the point I was shocked in a good way (expecting a higher price). Anyways, I will most certainly be a returning customer. Thank you Markool Heating Cooling Plumbing."

"The company cleaned the windows on 2 levels, as advertised for the special price.  When we initially made contact, I was informed there was an additional charge for any other windows, such as in a basement, as well as for screens and sills.  When the company representative came to give me the additional estimate, he charged the full price for the small basement windows, though they were 1/4 of the size of the regular windows on the first floor.  I agreed, though I expressed that I didn't think that was fair, given they weren't full sized windows.  In addition, it turned out that the appointment time was when the company rep. came to give an estimate, and collect payment in full.  I never saw him again.  The actual job didn't begin until several hours later (the crew had stopped to get lunch).  This was inconvenient, as I had purposely scheduled the time so I could have several hours before I had to pick up children from school.  When the crew of approximately 6 people finally arrived, they worked quickly yet sloppily.  They used newspaper to clean the windows, which was fine with me, however, I didn't appreciate the dirty fingerprints that were left on my sills and window frames, or several crumpled, soiled sheets of newspaper that I later found strewn in my yard, basement and even in my closet.  Also, they neglected to reinstall a few screens (these were left leaning against a wall in a bedroom and a closet) and scratched the kitchen window frame removing a screen.  When I showed the woman in charge of the crew that some screens weren't replaced, she quickly saw that they were, however I would have expected that there would have been a final walk-through by the crew chief.
