His estimate was reasonable, clear and concise and he never tried to upsell or add to what we wanted. He gave an honest opinion and recommendation of the work to be done, the timeframe, and the cost, along with possible alternatives that would best suit us. The time he spent with us that day and his willingness to listen and answer all our questions made us feel very confident that finally, we had an answer to our prayers! We started out with a fairly small project and after seeing firsthand how Brandon and his crew handled everything, we felt confident to add to our list. During the time it took to complete the job, Brandon was always available to answer any questions we had and proved himself to be trustworthy and a great communicator again and again. "Unfortunately, my shed with carports was not constructed properly. The carport is sagging so standing water sits on the roof. Nick has yet to return any calls. I have had a number of highly qualified contractors take a look and they all agree that it was constructed poorly in this area. The shed was also constructed without adequate ventilation. I will be following up with the MHIC. I really thought Nick was honorable and would keep his word."
