"I called 13 plumbers in the area when a ruptured pipe in my bathroom spewed water for 5 or 6 hours. I had to turn the water off to the house to stop it. There were many, many others in the area suffering from the same problem, so finding one who could do the work in less than a week was next to impossible. Ron estimated that he could do it within 3 days, but called back later to advise he had a small window of opportunity to come by and get mine done the very next day. He and his helper were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They were diligent about cleaning up the small mess made and were on their way in no time. I would recommend them to anyone! <br />"

"Had a toilet that wouldn't flush. Had my independent plumber try to fix it, didn't have equipment to repair line. Called another company and waiting a week for them to show up. When they did didn't bring the proper equipment. After calling them manager said he didn't care and told me had to wait another 5 days. I called my independent plumber and recommended Precision. Call and they sent a plumber out the next day. This was a Friday afternoon. Couldn't get enough of the water out to see with a camera what was going on. Coming back Monday. Had to wait until Wednesday plumbers out sick.  By this time getting frustrated. Worried that maybe have a broken pipe or belly in the line, and would have to jack hammer into the floor to fix. <br />   But when Matt showed up he decided to rotor router it again. Finally got through and everything was fine. Just stuff stuck at a 90 degree turn in the line. Saved us thousands of dollars.  Had me look at the entire line so I knew it was cleared. Will call them again for plumbing problems. <br />"
