"I was very impressed with the plumbing services of Happe & Sons. My hot water heater died on Saturday. They came on Monday to discuss the job of replacing the hot water heater and moving it's location by about 20 feet in my basement. The initial quote was much higher than expected so I called them to talk about ways to lower the cost. They sent a plumber out Tuesday to take another look and make his recommendations. Rodney was full of good ideas and pointed out some other things I will need to address in the future. They rushed the quote and got it to me that afternoon. It was much better so I went ahead and booked them on Tuesday afternoon at 2:30. Since I had been out of hot water for several days they agreed to prioritize my job and be there the next morning at 7am. Rodney and two other plumbers worked diligently for four hours. They were all very pleasant to work with and I am thrilled with the job they did. I will definitely call Happe for future plumbing needs. <br> <br>I also had Happe quote finishing my basement. The estimate was sky high. I don't doubt they would do a great job but my budget is limited."
