They followed up promptly afterwards and set a time to come out for a quote. They answered all our questions and helped us envision what it could look like. They were the only company we had out that actually cared (the others you probably hear advertised all the time). If you're here because you are researching them you can see they do this all the time and they do it well. They gave us many options to choose from for the patio & other items to complete the project (I.e stairs or grass seed). During the installation they were very professional and consulted with us along the way to make sure we were happy before all was said and done. Thank you Clark Companies! "The technician arrived late, but there was road construction everywhere and traffic was at a dead stop, so I can't blame him, and it wasn't a big deal. The tech. seemed knowledgeable and recommended replacing 4 sprinkler heads and digging out and raising two. I knew that I had at least one head that probably needed to be replaced and was not too surprised that others needed to be replaced after the winter and the snowplows going over them, which is why I purchased the tune-up special at $69. Since the company that installed my system charges $100 just to come out, this was a good deal for me. The technician seemed thorough and I would use this company again.

"The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.

"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). He has assembled a great team, and we really appreciate the working relationships we've seen that have been established with all of them."

"Stan responded on a Wednesday, after I had sent an e-mail through the company's Web site, and set up an appointment for that Friday.  He came on time and explained how he would recommend redoing the patio areas with VersaLock blocks and Willow Creek pavers.  He would do the landscaping but he said that is not his main business but would have Gerten's recommend plants and would replace the landscaping to our liking.  When we asked how long it would it be before he would be able to start our project he said 8-9 weeks .  Stan was easy to talk to, was eager to answer our questions, was honest with us that his company's main focus is on building paver patios, walls, etc., and had the quote to us the next business day.  Stan's quote does not include adding pillars and seat walls on the raised patio.  We decided to go with another company that can do the whole project sooner and their price includes pillars and seat walls on the raised patio for about the same price as was quoted by Stan."

"We started in the spring. Greg came out to assess my falling apart garage. He tore down the old garage and replaced it. As it is an attached garage, it was quite a process. Everything went very well. There were some delays due to weather, but that is understandable. Overall, I am thrilled with my new garage and so happy that Greg was also able to redo the sidewalk and steps to my front door. The work is holding up beautifully and Greg and his crews were great to work with."

"I signed up for the monthly package. Which included lawn care, fertilizing and weed control , fall clean up, gutter cleaning and snow removal. Very careless, sloppy work. The main concern appeared to be saving time. My lawn had skid marks from the mower turning. Didn't even clear the leaves before the final fertilizer! And the leaves were wet - that's when I cancelled."
