"We couldn't be happier with Dave's overhaul of our fireplace. His attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. We feel so lucky to have found him after another contractor flaked out on us. He came to the rescue & did whatever it took to get the job done on time and on budget. He is highly skilled and capable. Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. He spent a full day getting the room taped off to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. A full day!?!? And it paid off when the work was done...we're not even hiring a cleaner. "What I liked about Jay was that he always responded to our calls and texts immediately. He did repair of clapboards and painting on our 40 year old home. It was a big job but his quote was very fair. The job was started late October but he managed to finish before the real cold set in. He aims to please in all ways. We were very happy with the results. And highly recommend JMP Construction."

"In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January 6,2025. It did not start till February 19th, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. I have spent hours cleaning and patching walls. "

"I thought I'd provide a 6-month update on the work performed by Coen. In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."

"It’s very hard today to find someone to trust with your vision of your home project . One that is licensed and isn’t there for just the money. But EENN Construction is the Diamond among his colleagues. ! He is a licensed professional contractor. EENN Construction installed 7 kraftmaid cabinets including a crown moldings around the upper cabinets and below the cabinets . A toe kick board was installed that needed modification to accommodate a vent. I am very pleased with the quality work that was done. A custom made cabinet was needed which he provided. He has a great personality, is reliable ,punctual , professional and particular in his performance. If problems arose during the project he would communicate with you the solution for your approval. He makes sure that he is delivering quality work and takes pride in his performance. I highly recommend him for your next home project I will definitely be calling on him for my next project ( next is paint & countertops) . "
