Shanna spent a lot of time discussing what had to be done and why so I knew what the job entailed. I also received a detailed contract with what was to be done and what was not covered. The job entailed re-sodding the front yard and adding a couple of walkways using pavers. Additionally that had to prep the yard by tilling and regrading the soil. This is on a yard that is covered with roots from a very large maple tree.
