"The did a fantastic job installing the gutters and replacing the old ones! Very happy with their efficiency and quality of product."

"They scheduled me for 9/29/21 and then called the morning of to say they don't install gutters on houses with metal roofs. I talked to other gutter companies who stated it was a BS statement to get out of doing the work."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"From the very first meeting until the finished product we were and have been totally impressed and pleased with Josh and his crews. We had them replace our metal roof, including new 6 inch rain gutters, plus they installed new vinyl siding on our very old (150+) home. Through the years we have had several projects like this done on other houses and we have never seen anyone rise to the level of quality of detail and excellent workmanship that Josh and his Big Anchor workers gave us on this project."

"There were 2 installers, they arrived on time, I was working that day so they called me when they finished the job (approx in 5 hrs) so I came home to pay them by check. I understand that I have a lifetime warranty on these gutters & transferable should I move."

"I'm giving a 4.5 only because I just had GGA install valor gutter guards. It's October and leaves and debris will be problematic soon and I need to see them in action under a heavey downpour to give 5.0 stars. Other than that, I got four quotes. The sales professional was the most through. The price was on point for the quality of gutter guards. I got the "Valor gutter guards". After doing my due dilligence I believe these to be superior gutter guards. Obviously time will tell. Install team was great, on time and efficient. My only complaint is a small one, they unstrapped one of my upper downspouts that dumps into my lower first floor gutters in order to get the gutter guard fitted in place. But forgot to either install a longer strap, move the strap further up the downspout. Anyway it is just hanging out undone."
