"I had Raynor Services here first...they charged me $29 to come in for an estimate to repair/replace my inground pool lighting. When they arrived we were advised that he could not get the cover off the switch to turn the light off an on...they then went on to try and upsell us on a $6000 upgrade to double the amps...we have been here 20 years and have not changed anything. When I contacted 24/7, there was no fee to get the estimate. "Lo-Ann called me as soon as my request went through on Home Advisor. We had some knob and tube wiring on the second floor and attic. Wayne, one of the electricians, came out to map the home out. This was a $325 service that was credited back to your account if you use them to make repairs. I highly recommend the service. Wayne mapped out every outlet and switch in the house. He then knew how every circuit was wired and how to fix them once the knob and tube was removed. The mapping took about 3 hours one morning and the knob and tube remediation took about 6 hours. We feel a lot safer now that this job is complete. Lo-Ann is great and she was in contact with me frequently via text and e-mail. There price for the job, I felt, was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again."
