"First, Joe (the owner?) was extremely responsive and patient throughout the entire process! I submitted a request and honestly wasn't even sure that they would take on such a small job. Joe agreed to do it, and then the waiting game began. I have The World's Worst Homeowners Association, who are extremely UNresponsive, and it was several months of back and forth with them before I was able to get the light installed. Robert (the installer) was super personable and even offered an idea for an alternative installation location so that the big silver box wasn't the first thing you see right next to the front door where the outlet is. He also explained how additional lights (such as path lights) can be added along the wiring in the future when my budget permits. I did think the price was a little high to begin with, but then again I also could never have done this myself!"

"Initally, my husband saw a groupon with a deal for a 7KW generator issued by Adams Electrical Services and we were very excited to see such a deal offered considering generators can be very expensive. However, we were unsure about hiring this company. At the time I was not a member of Angies List but my neightbor was and she looked them up for me. Glad she did. What an outstanding group of Electrians at Adams.  We reached out to Adams Electrical Serives, and Dorian Adams (Owner) came out for a consultation and after answering numerous questions asked by yours truly, Dorian advised us that we should upgrade to a larger generator than what we purchased especially since we wanted our central air uinit on the generator too. I learned a great deal about electricity that evening and we went forward with purchasing the larger generator. On installation day, Dorian and his crew were punctual, professional and very personable.  They were even concerned about getting my carpeted basement stairs dirty and helped me cover them. Installation went smooth.  Dorian monitored his crew's work closely and even had his own post-installation checklist to esure all went as it should.  They did a very through job and cleaned up whatever mess they made too. 
I would and have recommended this company to my neighbors. 
FYI my power went out last night (7/22/14) due to lightning striking the transformer during a nasty storm.

"From the outset Ludwik was extremely professional. He came to my house to do a free estimate and explained the requirements for the new service according to code. He also reviewed the probable timeline of completion. I was initially somewhat frustrated that he would not offer even ballpark ranges for the work envisioned. He has an old-world sense of propriety about "how things should be done." After receiving other estimates, however, I perceived that Ludwik electric was offering high quality service at affordable rates and Ludwik's sense of the "appropriate" also translated into high caliber customer service and worker accountability. Ludwik's estimate was $820,00 lower than another highly rated electrical service on Angie's List. Moreover, he actively courts customer satisfaction. Two accommodations were particularly meaningful to me. Ludwik asked me about appliances that required electricity across the installation period (refrigerator/s, freezer/s, etc.) and offered to make arrangements to keep them supplied. In addition, he arranged for my wireless network router to have electricity, so my home computer network remained functional and didn't require re-programming. I really appreciated these arrangements. His workers were introduced by name (so there were no anonymous strangers drifting through the house). Each person was neat, task-focused, and friendly. All work was completed on schedule and every bit of wire or construction refuse was cleaned up and discarded. Ludwik brings decades of experiences as an electrician to his clients and takes pride in doing a fine job for each. I had delayed this installation for years because I dreaded the likely disruptions; instead, Ludwik and his crew made this experience reasonably easy. I even requested an estimate for some additional future work -- a real compliment -- because I now envision such being tolerable! Truly I recommend Ludwik and his company heartily.
