"We choose M&M to replace the roof on our home in September of 2019. We choose M&M based on previous work they had done on our home and the fact the company operates from a brick and mortar shop in Crete, IL. On September 10, 2019 we signed the contract with M&M to replace our roof. Shortly thereafter and once we shared our email address we receive an unsolicited email 17 days later on September 27th 2019 from M&M Home Remodeling with tips on how to prepare for fall remodeling projects also included in the email was a coupon for $500 off roofing purchases in excess of $8,500. Up until this time, we had never received emails of any type from M&M and since the work on the roof had not yet started and with the total cost to replace the roof being $10,160 with a $4,500 down payment made, we thought we would be able to take advantage of the $500 off coupon. We reached out to see if we could take advantage of the coupon. We were informed that the coupon was not good on previous sales and the coupon was not honored. The roof was installed on October 29th 2019 and the remaining $5,600 on the invoice was paid. However in addition not honoring the coupon the workmanship and installation of the roof was unsatisfactory. The shingles to not lie flat on the roof surface that butt up against the siding along the roof line. The silver flashing is exposed and is the trim to cover the flashing was not installed. When we reached out to M&M we were told that it was natural for the shingles not to lie flat and the flashing would weather and change color over time. I’ve attached photos to show the deficiencies."

"I contacted Infinity Exteriors after a small leak appeared in our ~25 year old roof during a recent rain storm. Their representative, Ricky, arrived within 2 days to evaluate the situation and, after a thorough examination of both the exterior and interior structure of the roof, gave me the option to either patch the area causing the leak, together with another area with distorted shingles, or to replace the roof entirely. Given the age of the roof, I elected to proceed with the whole roof replacement and also had them install new gutter guards which I had been planning to replace in any case. Since I had an active leak, the roof replacement was scheduled for less than than 2 weeks after the initial contact. The entire process was very impressive. The roofing crew arrived as expected at 7:00 AM and immediately got to work, the dumpster and materials arrived within the next 2 hours, the original roof was stripped soon after noon. Several roof boards were replaced, a new water diverting "cricket" built above the chimney, new shingles and new chimney flashing installed and the work site thoroughly cleaned up by 8:00 PM the same day. I observed an outstanding work ethic from everyone on the crew. Gutter Guards were installed a few days later in a process that took less than 2 hours and a final inspection took place the day after that. Communication by phone and email throughout the entire process with both Ricky and the Project Manager, Jim, was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Exteriors and would definitely use them again."

The previous basement windows were really high quality of a type that doesn't exist anymore (hoppers that open in and from the bottom) but I chose to replace because I didn't want any wood or lead paint left. When I met in person with the salesman, he told me that is what they would do because of course the wood was obviously damaged. The contract said "replacement window, new flashing", which I thought meant what the salesman told me, the entire frame. The person who came to measure called me on the phone, and he told me that all the damaged wood would stay, but I didn't understand him well over the phone. When the windows were actually installed, they left virtually all of the damaged wood and lead paint. They came back today not to make plans to fix anything, just to insist to my face that I was wrong and they were right, and the salesman didn't count."
