"Michael's bid was very thorough and professionally done and the price seemed very reasonable. He arrived on time and did not waste any time. He worked well with us on a couple of adjustments during the job - and even did a little extra to help us out. He was very careful and thorough in his work -- and cleaned up the site very neatly."

"The initial amount charged for the repair was very high. I paid the technician but when I received the printed invoice, I called the company to question a second line item charge, The office staff was very responsive and listened to my questions and concerns about the second charge on the invoice. They reversed that charge and sent me a check for the amount I questioned. In my opinion they did the right thing. I had no problem with their work and would use them again."

"Here is a plumber who really knows what he's doing. I don't think there's a plumbing problem he couldn't fix. We had about every problem someone could have replacing our old sink and plumbing, but Bill Bellas kept at it until everything was repaired and ready to go. I can't imagine what would happen with a less experienced individual. And he's reasonably priced, timely and proved flexible when time constraints impinged."

"They can, they saw, the replaced..."

"Always look forward to Josh's visits. He always gets it done, regardless if it is a repair, or today, the seasonal check-up on the heating system. I also appreciate the educational facts about the system I've learned from him over the years"
