I paid the technician but when I received the printed invoice, I called the company to question a second line item charge, The office staff was very responsive and listened to my questions and concerns about the second charge on the invoice. "I requested plumbing service on Sat morning, recieved a call about 9:00 to set an appointment for that same date. He arrived on time at noon to fix a leaking water pipe to the toilet. He replaced the valve and was done in half hour and gone. When I checked the valve a couple hrs later, it was still leaking. I called him and he came back immediately and replaced the leaking pipe. I was very happy to have it all fixed the same day w/out having to take off of work."
