The crew was hard-working, careful, did great work and cleaned the site completely when finished. Throughout the whole job, Rick was on-site, informative and helpufl, and gave us options for a few specific issues that cropped up during the job. "I was very pleased with the quality of the materials and the work. The only problem I have is they did not add any extra ventilation over the lower roof (garage). I has specifically asked the project manager to ensure they added ample ventilation and she ensured me they would. At the end of the installation I noticed they didn't add any vents. When I raised the question why it was not added, they replied with "there is sufficient ventilation for that size of roof...this has the power vent installed". When I look around the houses in my neighborhood...they all had an extra vent to allow the heat to escape near the top of the roof."

"Excellent ... Robert promptly came over and provided a reasonable quote to plaster the kitchen ceiling due to an upstairs bathroom leak that resulted in the plumbers knocking it out. Since this is an older home the plaster needed to have a swirl pattern. I also mentioned painting was needed for the fix and Robert brought in his son who does painting. After discussions, I decided to also have the kitchen walls, chair rails, baseboards, and basement stair walls painted. This price too was reasonable. An appointment was made for a week later for the plaster work and the painting a week after that. Robert and his son and the 2 helpers finished the job promptly and professionally. The plaster with the swirl pattern blended in with the rest of the kitchen ceiling nicely."
