Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. His rates are by far the best we've seen, and he's just naturally a gregarious guy and an obvious good person who will do whatever it takes for his customers. The free estimate was detailed with multiple options for various avenues for next steps.
