I absolutely despise the gate mechanism used to secure the gate in a closed position. I?m not a fan of how the installers just X?d one picket over the other instead of cutting the overlapping piece into place (cutting corners). There is major sagging in the fence line that I find unsightly. All of which will be pictured with this review. I waited two or three years after installation to write this review so I?d have more than just the installation to speak on? the warranty and what it?s worth. In my paid invoice for this installed fence line is an excerpt regarding a ?lifetime warranty against rot, DECAY, and termites?. When my gate picket popped apart from decay, did they fix it? I offered to pay for them to fix it, but did they have the decency to even return my phone call? No. I replaced the ($3) picket myself (pictured below). It?s a no."

"John and a co worker arrived mid morning and started immediately. I had all the wood on hand. They did a nice job and even helped to put up 3 fence panels. Only reason I gave a B is that he wasn't able to come earlier due to heavy scheduling and he had to cancel my original date due to a personal commitment. So it took almost a month and a half to get him out."

"Signed up for a $99 special to have Roca come out and repair a leak in my roof.  Blake told me that I should contact my insurance because he felt I needed a new roof.  I had submitted a claim less than a year prior which was denied of a new roof.  Blake helped me with the insurance process and meeting the adjuster to go over everything he felt I needed replaced.  With the claim, I was able to make all the repairs and add the guttering around the entire house for a little amount out of pocket (much less than my deductible).  I highly recommend Roca roofing and working with Blake if possible.  He is very professional and courteous and had my best interest in mind.  His crew was in and out and finished the entire roof in 1 day.  Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Roger and his crew did a great job on both our kitchen and bathroom remodels.  He was very responsive to my questions/ requests.  I felt that we had a good working relationship throughout the whole process.  He was easy to contact and returned calls/texts in a timely manner.  The people that worked in our house were professional and did top quality work. When we had issues with work, we did not think looked its best or did not work properly, he came in a fixed them.  It has been two months since our remodel was completed and I couldn't be happier.  I love my new kitchen and bathroom.  They are both exactly what I envisioned them to be and I appreciate that it was completed in the timeline that was outlined at the beginning of the project.  I would highly recommend Roger Allen and Associates.
