"We used this company to clean our deceased mother’s carpets. The house was mainly empty of furniture so there was a large area to clean. In the rooms that did have furniture, Tyler did more work than I anticipated to make sure the largest amount of carpet area was cleaned. When Mom was still with us, she wasn’t getting around as well as she used to and we learned her pets didn’t always get outside when needed. Tyler discovered unknown pet stains and we had a room where we knew there were extreme pet stains/ odors. Tyler went above and beyond to remove as much of the pet stains/odors as possible. His efforts showed how he cared about getting those carpets clean. All of Tyler’s exceptional work was done at a very reasonable price and at the estimated cost. Tyler is a very pleasant person to deal with and his positive attitude and professionalism are some of the reasons this company has been in business for so long. "I love this company. This is the third time I've used it. I forgot to write review before so this one will be only of my work done today. They came early - very early! Which I was not prepared for but they waited patiently in the driveway until I was ready. Christian and Wilson were very professional and very friendly. I felt comfortable having them in my home They cleaned my master bedroom, one upstairs bedroom and the formal living room, dinning room and TV room. I had to leave for a bit, however my husband was home. They would not move the couches in the formal living room (which they have done before) due to not having any plastic covers for the couch legs> because they have a metal part on the bottom, without the plastic cover the metal could rust. They did move the couch in the "tv" room as my husband indicated - no metal on the couch legs. I was surprised to hear that they did not have a simple tool for the job available. I have two dogs and train service dogs so we always have dogs in our home. In spite of my vacuuming several times before they arrived there was a lot of dog hair on the carpets and stairs that they had to deal with. Other then that one issue, my carpets look great and we plan on calling them back when we are ready to do the entire house as we are putting our house on the market to sell."

"Everything about my experience with Furniture and Repairs was positive. They clearly explained their assessment process and reasonable charge to come out to personally inspect my furniture. They explained that once an estimate was provided, upon accepting the estimate they would deduct that charge from my total cost. The gentleman they sent out to assess my furniture was professional and patiently answered my questions. The cost of repairing my 6 pieces of mid-century furniture was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work that they did. I couldn't be happier with the repairs. I inherited the furniture, and I was so nervous about substandard repairs, and these folks did an exceptional job. Some of the pieces were seriously damaged - wooden legs broken right off - and you can't tell where the damage was. They came to pick up my furniture and returned it in 2 weeks. I'm so delighted with my experience and I would highly recommend this company."

"The technician, El Fego, did an excellent job. The carpeting on the stairs was quite dirty and he made it look like new. He also thoroughly cleaned my five throw pillows which, after many years of use, badly needed cleaning. El Fego arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did his work very efficiently. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely request him the next time I need my carpet cleaned. I feel that the price I paid was very reasonable for the quality of work provided."
