"Excellent! A walk-through was scheduled and company owner arrived right on time. Needs and layout was discuss. Cost estimate was given and accepted. Scheduling of project was made with 2 week levee way due to weather. They needed the 2 weeks because of all the spring rain but communicated delays and met their 2 week commitment. Two man installation team arrived as scheduled. Laid-out the fence with string to insure straightness and post location, avoiding marked irrigation equipment. Dug and set post with some quick set concrete. Joey, lead installer, said they would be back the next day to stretch the fence because he rather the concrete be well set before stretching the fence. (I totally agree with him) Returned next day as promised and finished the job to perfection."

"Indy's Finest Fence Crew came to my handicapped brother's home and Replaced a chain link fence. They were professional yet friendly. Got the fence and the clean up done very quickly & efficiently. And it looks wonderful! The thing that I appreciated most was their treatment of my physically and mentally handicapped brother. They were very respectful and kind to him. And that's extremely rare. The work they did was top notch, but the human side of them was even above that. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you."

"Lots of delays getting started and lots of excuses. Some issues came up after installation and it was impossible to get a return phone call for months on end with many more personal excuses. There are places where the fence is nearly 6" off the ground which would be a huge problem if we had a small dog. The gates look very rustic and cheap. We received a 2% discount at the end but that won't come close to actually fixing the issues. Would not recommend to my neighbors."

"If you want outside drain work done properly at a very fair price, call John Schott of Schott Services, LLC. <br /> Part 1: <br /> Our sump pump outside drain that ties into the storm sewer started to back up. John started at the house and, by hand digging, very carefully exhumed the drain line for a distance of about fifty feet. At that point he found that tree roots had entered the drain line and blocked the flow. During the dig John found several places where the drain line had been damaged during the installation of the irrigation system. This damage caused some water to seep out of the drain which attracted the tree roots. John replaced all of the damaged drain line, backfilled the trench with the dirt he had dug out, and replaced the sod which he had carefully cut out. <br /> Part 2: <br /> John and his assistant installed underground drain lines for six downspouts. These drain lines ranged in distance from 6 to 25 feet. They installed the green drainage emitters that sit flush with the ground/grass and pop up when water flows from the downspouts. Two of the drain lines had to be routed under a concrete walkway. As with the sump drain work, the sod was carefully cut out and returned after the drain lines and emitters were installed. <br /> In summary, I was extremely pleased Schott Services, LLC. From quotation to job completion, John Schott and his assistant provided extraordinary service. When they left our yard, all of the sod and mulch was replaced and the site was cleaned up so well it appeared as if no yard work had been done that day. It's obvious that John and his assistant take great pride in their work."
