We took advantage of one offer but declined another and he was okay with that. The workers who came in were polite and respectful. They covered the carpet with drop cloths and reviewed the plan with me before starting the work. They had to change some pipes to bring our plumbing up to code. All this was included in the original quote. There were no surprise costs. Our only complaint is that we were not aware we would have to wait 24 hours from job completion to use the shower. We recommend having the work done the day before you are off so taking a morning shower won't be an issue. This was a small job and other companies we contacted either were too busy or not interested unless it was worth more than $20K."
