"Fantastic service even for small jobs. Our water heater started leaking during a trip and when we got home we had it removed from the house and reinstalled in the garage. Part of that installation required a roofing company to appropriately exhaust the water heater through the garage roof. The quote was extremely reasonable as well, and he was there personally for the whole installation to ensure everything gets done right. Our front patio is prone to cracks and he also made arrangements with the delivery company to make sure no risk or damage is done. He prepared the estimate, helped me choose the right materials and was up on the roof with his team during the installation. When you speak to him it is clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work and that shows in the finished product. The project was completed promptly without any unexpected issues and the roof looks great. The price was about $2,000 less than what I was quoted by a couple of other roofing companies so I am very pleased. "K Single Corp did an excellent job installing my new metal roof to replace my old composite roof. We got estimates from several roofing companies, including K Single Corp. After the first home visit by K Single Corp, they immediately emailed me a detailed written contract proposal (unlike some other bidders). Yoni was very communicative, in person and by email/text/phone. He answered my many questions. He revised the proposal as requested by me (for example, I wanted a thicker gauge metal and I decided to have them remove the chimney). They never pressured me to start the job soon (unlike some other bidders). K Single Corp's price was competitive with all my other bids. After all this, I finally chose a different roofing company (perhaps equally good) to do the job, and K Single Corp politely accepted this (unlike some other bidders). Unexpectedly, my chosen company had to pull out (due to family circumstances) before they could begin work, so I came back to K Single Corp to do the job. I'm a bit obsessive, and I had many more detailed questions which Yoni answered patiently and promptly. I wanted more changes to the contract proposal (for example, I added more conditions about my gutters and screens, vent hoods, extra panel clips, roof anchors, etc.) and Yoni revised the contract proposal and warranty repeatedly for me. I often found that they were already planning to do the things that I wanted spelled out in detail. I was happy with the contract I signed. The metal panels were ordered to be fabricated and arrived within two weeks. The work crew arrived within days and tore down and installed the metal roof very professionally in about five work days. The foreman (Orlando) was communicative with me (not everyone on the crew was fluent in English). They did everything I had requested. There were some unexpected increased costs (they needed more material), but K Single Corp paid the added cost, and I paid exactly the price I had originally signed for. My new metal roof is beautiful. K Single Corp's standard warranty is 10 years, but for my metal roof they agreed at no cost to extend my warranty to 20 years, labor and materials, plus the steel panels have a 40-year warranty from Nu-Ray Metals. It looks like it will last for decades with low maintenance."

"Took a shot at Rain Proof Roofing based on the positive reviews at the time on my search. Mike called me to setup a visit within 48-hrs of my submitting my request for quote. When he came to inspection/survey my roof, he found several sun damaged/installation mistakes on several flapper vents and roof vents, as well as vent stake seals. The total time on roof was less than 30-mins. He showed me some images of the issues and we discussed to paths, just replace the vents with issues or replace all of them. I went with replacing all vents with metal (existing ones were plastic). Mike got the proposal to me within 7-days. I compared with responses to the other two vendors I selected and Mikes was the best. The repair date was set and repairs were performed 3-weeks after the inspection. Chris was methodical in his work on replacing the vents and seals. It took him about 4 hours to complete the work (2-hours over the estimate). Chris explained that it took longer than he expected due to issues with a few of the vents and is strive to complete the work effectively. When complete, he showed me several of the removed vents/covers to show issues not seen during the inspection. Total: $2,500 This is a small company and this added to their drive to do top-tier work."

"Eric and his crew did a great job. They showed up when expected and did the roof in a little over one day. I was originally concerned that the tear-off might damage the fine mesh screens over the rain gutters but the screens are fine. GAFCO did something that I didn't expect but really appreciate. All of the flashing and vents were painted to match the color of the roof tiles. It's an extra touch that makes the roof more attractive and shows professionalism on the part of Eric and his crew."
