"I had a roof that needed to be replaced in late fall in Seattle. After getting the initial estimate, I contacted Forever Roofing to set up to job and put down a deposit. It took a few weeks to hear back from them, but that was likely due to other jobs that were in the queue ahead of me, and unpredictable Seattle weather. I got a call on the morning the roofers were due to arrive, since that's when they were able to determine was a clear window of weather. All I had to do was make sure the workers had access to a plug outside the house. They were efficient and did great work and not only cleaned up their mess, but also cleaned up some of our earlier mess as well. The gutters were done by a different team than the original roofing crew a few days later, but they also did a quick and professional job. "We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"Customer service was excellent! The company kept the lines of communication fluid. All questions and concerns were dealt with promptly and professionally. The workmanship was also excellent. The cost was very reasonable and competitive. When they first came out they discussed what would need to be done and replaced to avoid any surprises. Of course they can’t detect everything prior to removal so it’s expected to have a cost to replace sheeting and/or facia boards. I would get pictures of items that may need replacing in real time and while they are on site. They also subbed out the painting of my house. The workmanship with that was precise as if it was their own house. I highly recommend TJ Roofing to anyone. I want to put a “shoutout” to TJ, Vidi, Freddy and Jose. "I hired Atlas roofing for my roof rework on two units. They were very professional and straight forward from the beginning (estimate) no sales pressure, no drama, very straight forward and presented the materials right. Pricing I feel was very fair / if not a steal after I saw how well of a job they did on my house. My only complaint was that my project manager went on vacation so there was some miscommunication with the details of my work but Berry handled it in a very professional manner and was very responsive in my communication with him.
