"My wife and I purchased our home in the Rockwall area. In our research for carpet repairs we came across Gabriel's Carpet Services. I called, spoke with Gabe, and explained our urgency with furniture being delivered within 3 days. Gabe was able to work us in his schedule, both Gabe and Anthony arrived timely and went to work. The carpets upstair were restretched - media room and 2 bedrooms. After that was completed, they did a great steam cleaning, after which the carpets looked brand new. Palmer was punctual and very professional. I had spilled a large coke cola soda on my white carpet.  I was in panic mode, but with his efficiency and understanding he not only took the spot out but reassured my fears.  He also said that if any part of the spot came back to call them.  After about a week, just a small area ( really barely noticeable ) came back and I called and Fernando was able to come by the next day. The spot is now not only not visible it's like it never happened !  I would highly recommend them for any of your carpet needs as they are beyond the best in the business. After 30 years in my home I have had 4 different companies clean my carpet, but once I found Berguss Carpet cleaning with Palmer and Fernando I will only use them from now on.

"Contacted Spencer with (Simply Cleaning) through an employee of ours. He immediately scheduled a session to check out the bleach we had unfortunately gotten on our carpet. Came in, explained the whole process from top to bottom. We ended up learning very new information. Showed up right on time, and got started without hesitation. He was able to get the bleach completely out of the carpet in just an hours time. Would recommend over any carpet service company in Dallas. Going to use this company for our regular carpet maintenance. The pricing was very fair, and affordable, even for someone not in a company."
