"Lonnie repaired sheet rock, replaced wood trim with hardie plank on chimney, siding, window, refinished a mahogany door, rebuilt closet shelving plus a number of other projects. He also went beyond what was expected in repairing or retouching areas on the outside of the house I hadn't noticed but he saw while doing the original work. We're very pleased with the completed projects. The trim work, for example, is much better than the original (quality and appearance).
