"I assumed the $79 price to clean dryer vent was a bait and switch, nut wow, $79 to $399. That is quite a loaded labor rate for a tech to stick a hose in the wall and suck lent out. He may have been there 30 minutes. I am more mad at myself for falling for it."

He was very professional and felt like he was upfront with his recommendations and preparing for our longterm needs. "DUCTZ responded quickly to my quote request. They asked detailed questions about my home and sent a quote. We scheduled an appointment the next week. A team of two came to my house with a giant vacuum and tons of ladders. They prepared the vents, rooms, and general area with covers for lint and debris fall. They were professional and fast. The job took about 3 or 4 hours for my 1850 sq. ft., two stories house, one unit in the attic, and tall ceilings. They brought the ladders to access the vents. They disinfected the mold in the vents - the smell lingered for a day and was gone the next day. They also cleaned up any dust and debris after the job. They wanted me that some drywall or plaster around the vents may get damaged from their brush, but I don't see anydamage after the vent covers went back on. The owner is a stand-up guy. He was quick to respond to calls, texts, or emails. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for servicing. They did a wonderful job. Thank you! 10/10"

"would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."
