I sent out a plea for help thru Next Door and within a few minutes was contacted by William with Patio Door Pro. Told him of the problem and he told me how he could fix it. Gave me a quote during our call and set up a time that he could be there to take care of the problem. Two days later he arrived right on time with his brother to assist. Got right to work and after a trip to Home Depot for new rollers had it fixed better than new in no time! Cannot say enough good things about this young man! "1) door is fixed, without removing and planing which might have required repainting or refinishing the door.  Amazingly, the corrections to the placement of the doorframe pieces aren't even noticeable and no painting or touchup was required.
2) all installations are working properly.  The installer was very fast, too.
3) we declined the bid as we felt it was too high for our budget, but think it would have been good work.
