"He was late for appointment and after one and a half hours I had to call him. He was about 3 hrs late. Once he got here he was quick, professional and his work was excellent. Because it was getting late and I didn't want him to continue after one room was done he said he would come back to stretch the rest of the carpet at second room cost which I thought was very nice. I would recommend him. I realize we all have days that just don't go as smooth as we would like just would like a call if going to be late."

"I called on Monday afternoon and he returned my call the same evening.  We set up an appointment for 1:00 on Wednesday and he arrived right on time.  We walked through the house and I showed him all the places that needed stretching (at least 6) and he said it should be $200 and began the job right away.  He moved some big furniture to make it happen while I worked ahead of him to get the little things out of the way.  He was done by 2:45 and our carpet looks decent again!  Kind and professional with no problems at all!

Mike was great on the phone.  We made the appointment and he showed up on time (even a little early).

He is a very nice guy with two strong helpers.  He is very knowledgeable about his craft, reasonably priced, did a wonderful job.

Dale, who performed the work knew exactly what he was doing, he was quality oriented from start to finish. The work was completed on 4 October, I held off writing this feedback in hopes we would have a couple of extreme downpours so I could verify the basement would not leak. Q guaranteed the basement would not leak again, or they would come out and fix it. The cost of this job was reasonable and I was able to use the discount coupon. "On August 13 around midnight, we had the host to our refrigerator break and we now it leaked for a lteast 3 hours.  As a result our handwood floors, tile floors, walls, carpet. padding, ceilings, insulation, were badly damaged.  After consulting with our insurance co. we went to Angies's List and found three contractors and asked for bids.  When the deciision to go with F/X Repair was made we contacted them and they were at our house within a day or two.  Tom Miller, his wife Nancy and Brian were at my home daily and I could not be happier.  These are the most amazing people.  Tom is a master carpenter, Brian is a wonderful jack of many trades, but Nancy... Nancy is the icing on the cake.  She makes sure all small mistakes or "booboos" are corrected and the best thing is she comes behind the construction crew and does a PERFECT of cleaning the rooms after the repairs have been made.  (she paints too)  I had a mess and she left it sparkling.  I have to smile now, these people not only became or repair crew of choice they became our friends.  They were very nice about fixing little things as they went along that might not have been caused by the flood, just little things but that means so much.  Bob, the owner of F/X Repair is diligent about checking in on the phone, coming by and consistantly staying on top of the job to be sure we were completely. satisfied.  My husband had done  a lot of the remodieling in our home, and much of that was damaged so he was very "picky" about how the repairs were done, and is very pleased with our finished product.  I even picked out a color to repaint our master bath and was very disapointed when i got it home and we put it on the walls, but; Tom saved the day by mixed it with paint we had used in our bedroom and I have the most beautiful bathroom now with a paint color we have named "Tommy Taupe".  I am guessing it's fairly obvious we would recommend these people and this company to anyone who might need their services.  Understand, things are not perfect but nearly perfect and I am very happy.
It is such a pleasure to write a review like this, especially since it is my home.  All I can say is Thank You F/X Bob, Tom, Nancy and Brian for being so great and our dog BooBoo is still watching for you to come in the door.  By the way, these guys had the hardest time leaving our little dog, they brought her treats and loved on her daily.  She misses them.

"I called right before the 4 July weekend and figured they would be busy and it might take Jack a while to get back to me.  It didn't take him long at all and he apologized at that time for the delay - clearly values being in good communication with the customer.  We set up a time for Jack to come take a look at the yard and he told me up front that he had a lot going on during the afternoon we selected, and gave me a window of time and told me he would call if he needed to change the schedule.  He did call to adjust the time - gave me plenty of notice and was very polite about it.  

When he arrive we walked through the yard together and talked about the initial cleanup as well as possibilities for an ongoing maintenance contract.  I talked with my husband about it and we are planning to try to do some of the cleanup at the front end on our own to cut back on costs, but we will likely get in touch with Pioneer for ongoing maintenance in the future.  When I called Jack to tell him this he was very polite about it - flexible about doing some or all or none of the cleanup, and still pleasant about the possibility for ongoing maintenance in the future."
