He pulled out all the weeds, dying hydrangeas, rose bushes, old bulbs and his most hated enemies, monkey grass and green onions. He then added 3 loads of rock on top of the of the areas. The price was very reasonable and completely worth it. He is a one man crew and managed to get it done in about 4 days. Thank you John."
