His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. His experience really showed through in the advice he gave, which was very appreciated as this was the biggest home project we've undertaken. "I had some cracked bricks due to a foundation problem that needed to be replaced. They gave me a good price, color-matched the brick and mortar and the installation looks good. Two problems, however. They did not tell me the repair would leave an unsightly haze over the entire area that can only be cleaned off by an acid wash, nor did they offer to clean the haze off for me. They should have communicated this and offered to clean the brick after repair. I am not pushing this too much cause they gave me a good price. It just would have been nice to know. Secondly, their Home Advisor profile said they accept credit cards. After the repair, I was told cash or check only. I had to go get a check. Overall, the work performed was fine. I would just suggest anyone hiring them to ask specific questions about cleaning the brick afterwards and what forms of payments can they accept."
